Dr Claire Kehoe

Claire studied in the University of Ulster at Coleraine where she received an honours degree in Human Nutrition. As part of her studies, Claire spent a year at the Dunn Clinical Nutrition Centre, where she carried out research in the areas of nutritional epidemiology and the assessment of dietary eating habits.

Claire continued her studies and gained her DPhil at the University of Ulster in conjunction with the Howard Foundation, Cambridge. As part of the Research Staff at the Northern Ireland Centre for Diet and Health, Claire carried out studies into assessing copper status in humans and has several published papers in this area.

In conjunction with her nutrition experience, Claire has worked for several years in Customer Services. As Member Services Manager at Irish Times Eat Well, Claire will be able to answer your queries.

Catherine graduated from University College Cork with a 1st class honours degree in Nutritional Science.

"I have a special interest in healthy eating and its importance in the diet of everyone from the young to the old. Eating should be a pleasurable experience that optimises your nutritional health. I worked for a well-known scientific information company, which gave me a wide range of nutrition and scientific knowledge.
